🚨 Starting with this election, voters must write both their birth year and signature on the ballot return envelope’s affirmation section. Previously, only a signature was required.

Below are the endorsements approved by the Missoula County Republican Central Committee for the November 4 municipal election. These endorsements reflect the votes of Committee members and are shared here for informational purposes:
- Mayor: Shawn Knopp
- Ward 2 (City Council): Rebecca Dawson
- Ward 6 (City Council): Sandra Vaseka
- Judges: Do not retain
- Wards 1, 3, 4, and 5: Not enough information to make a recommendation
- County Infrastructure Mill Levy: Vote No
