Winners must be legally able to own firearms and be able to pass a background check at Axmen Firearms. The winner of the handgun must be at least 21 years of age and a Montana resident. The winner of the rifle must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of a state in which semi-automatics are legal to possess and transfer over the counter.
