In the 2023 Montana Legislative session, all House Democrats voted against every Montanan’s right to hunt, fish and trap.
HB 372, introduced by Rep. Paul Fielder, would have enshrined the right for Montanans to hunt, fish and trap, in the Montana Constitution. It was unanimously opposed by Democrats, on both second reading and third reading, in the Montana House of Representatives, during the 2023 legislative session.
