The Missoula GOP is proud to host the 2026 Montana Republican Party Platform Convention — coming to Missoula this June.

The Platform Convention is one of the most important events on the Montana Republican calendar. Republicans from across the state will gather in Missoula to finalize the Montana Republican Party Platform — a 15-plank document outlining the principles and policy priorities Republican officeholders are expected to champion through the 2028 election cycle.

This year’s convention is shaping up to be one of the largest Republican gatherings Montana has seen in years.

We are excited to announce that U.S. Senator Tom Cotton will headline the Friday night dinner as keynote speaker. The convention will also feature Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the St. Louis couple who became nationally known after defending their home during the 2020 riots and later emerged as advocates for constitutional rights and law and order.

Early-bird registration is $150. Pricing increases after the early-bird window closes, so register soon to secure the lower rate.

Volunteers Needed

Hosting a statewide convention takes a major volunteer effort, and we are actively looking for conservatives willing to help throughout the weekend.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Registration and guest check-in
• Setup and teardown
• Hospitality and attendee assistance
• Event logistics and support
• Dessert donations for the Dessert Dash auction

Dessert volunteers are asked to provide a dessert serving approximately 10 people. Non-refrigerated desserts are preferred.

Even a few hours of help makes a difference, and we encourage anyone interested to sign up through the volunteer form above.
